Who we are

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, work email, company, the topic you pick and your message.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this site, so your browser is not sent to anyone else to render the page.

The only third-party script is Cloudflare Turnstile, on the contact page, which checks that a person rather than a bot is sending the form. Cloudflare says Turnstile does not use this information to track you or show you ads.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and receives contact form submissions. Like any web host, it also processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use this to identify visitors.
• Resend delivers each contact form submission to our inbox as an email. We do not store submissions anywhere else.
• Zoho hosts our email, so it holds the enquiries you send us and our replies.

These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States. We never sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal you asked for. When you use the contact form, we also send one automatic email to the address you gave, confirming we received it. If you are in the EU or UK, our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

How long we keep it

If we work together, we keep your details for the engagement and for any records we are legally required to keep. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@ceynovahq.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
